Directions

1 rounded 5ml teaspoon (approx. 2.7g), or as professionally directed, stirred directly into water, juice or blended into a smoothie. Take daily, ideally before food. Dose may be split: 1/2 teaspoon before breakfast and 1/2 teaspoon before dinner.
