At Pharmacysaver, we aim to ensure all customers receive high-quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in their original packaging with all seals intact
  • Be returned with proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)

To request a return, please contact us first at pharmacist@pharmacysaver.co.uk. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Medicines and Healthcare Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of medicines, medical products, or healthcare items once they have been dispatched, unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item was supplied incorrectly
  • The item was damaged during delivery

This policy helps ensure medicines and healthcare products supplied to customers remain safe and uncontaminated.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at pharmacist@pharmacysaver.co.uk so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened medicines or healthcare products
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
