High strength multivitamin and mineral tablet – designed to provide both the right levels and the complete range of vitamins and minerals to help support adequate daily intake.
Concentrated omega-3 fish oil capsule – 250mg of omega-3 oils per capsule, including both EPA and DHA, which help in the maintenance of cell membranes, joint flexibility, heart health, and supporting brain function.
Broad-spectrum antioxidant tablet – antioxidants are important in neutralising the potentially damaging free radicals produced in the body. Four Pillars contains a complex mixture of antioxidants, which help to protect cells against oxidative damage.
High potency prebiotic and probiotic capsule – Acidophilus and Bifidus are friendly bacteria that help to maintain a beneficial balance of the microbes in our intestine. Prebiotics are soluble fibre that feeds friendly bacteria. The Four Pillars Acidophilus and Bifidus capsule contains 5 billion of the research-backed Lab4 consortium of friendly bacteria with prebiotic fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
Take one ‘tear-off’ strip per day with food.
