Syndol Tablets provide effective short-term relief from moderate pain that has not responded adequately to standard pain relief alone. This combination formula is commonly used for headaches, migraines, tension headaches, dental pain, period pain, neuralgia, muscular aches and rheumatic discomfort.

Each tablet contains a combination of paracetamol for pain relief, codeine phosphate to help manage stronger pain symptoms, caffeine to enhance pain relief effectiveness, and doxylamine succinate, which may help relieve tension-related discomfort. This multi-ingredient approach makes Syndol a useful option when single-ingredient painkillers have not provided sufficient relief.

Syndol is intended for short-term use only and is suitable for adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over. Because this product contains codeine, there is a risk of dependence with prolonged use, so it should only be taken as directed and for the shortest duration necessary.

Directions

Adults and young persons aged 16 years and over: Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as required.

Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days without medical advice.

Not suitable for children under 16 years.

Doxylamine Succinate 5mg

Important Warnings

Contains codeine which can cause addiction if used continuously for more than 3 days. If you need to use this medicine for longer, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products. Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. May cause drowsiness in some individuals.
