UK Delivery Information
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Times
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch. Estimated delivery times include processing time and are calculated from the date the order is placed.
Certain medicines or pharmacy products may require additional checks, including pharmacist review, before dispatch. Where this applies, processing times may be longer.
Delivery Notes
Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather, postal delays, or higher demand during busy periods.
Estimated delivery times exclude weekends, Bank Holidays, and public holidays.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery where incorrect address details have been provided.
All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in their original packaging with all seals intact
- Be returned with proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us first at pharmacist@pharmacysaver.co.uk. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Medicines and Healthcare Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of medicines, medical products, or healthcare items once they have been dispatched, unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item was supplied incorrectly
- The item was damaged during delivery
This helps ensure medicines and healthcare products remain safe and uncontaminated.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, so that we can review the issue and put it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened medicines or healthcare products
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like a replacement item, the quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a reason.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
