Single it, double it, mix it! Your taste, your choice! Delicious if mixed in a glass of water. Take 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) per day. For maximum absorption take on an empty stomach. Depending on your taste preference, you can drink it on its own or mixed with juice or water. With 100% of your daily needs of Vitamin C and D, we also recommend taking the product as an energy boost during the day. To maximise results, continue to take DAILY. Regular use is recommended. Shake vigorously to blend well the ingredients before use.
