Directions

Download and set up the app. Once you have set up the app on your smartphone you can apply the sensor. 

Make sure the area you are applying the sensor to is clean. Unscrew the cap of the sensor applicator and put it to one side. Place the sensor applicator over your arm. Press down on it firmly to place the sensor on the back of your upper arm. Listen for a click and wait for a few seconds. Gently and slowly pull the sensor applicator away from your arm.
