Specimen collection and preparation

Please note: your urine specimen must be collected in a clean and dry container to avoid interfering with the test results.

If possible, use a first morning urine specimen as it generally contains the highest concentration of follicle stimulating hormone FSH. If this is not possible, urine specimens collected at any time of the day may be used for this at-home menopause test.

How to test

1. Based on the above information, identify the day to begin testing.
2. Make sure the pouch is at room temperature before opening. Once you have decided to take the test, remove it from the sealed pouch and use it within one hour.
3. Remove the cap of the test and place the absorbent tip in the urine stream or place the absorbent tip into the urine sample (please remember to use a clean cup) for at least 15 seconds.
4. Replace the cap back on the test, then lay down the product on a clean, level surface with the test and control window facing upwards. Start the timer.
5. As the test begins to develop, you may notice a light-coloured flow moving across the test and control window. Read the result at 3 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
