Directions

One pessary should be inserted into the vagina at bedtime for six consecutive nights. If symptoms persist or recur within six months, consult a healthcare professional for further guidance.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the pessary and applicator.
2. Remove the pessary from its packaging and insert it into the applicator.
3. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina while lying on your back with your knees bent.
4. Push the plunger to release the pessary into the vagina.
5. Remove the applicator and discard it responsibly.
6. Wash your hands again after use.
