Altrient B is a highly absorbable complex comprised of a broad spectrum of B Vitamins and minerals, including B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Folate (Quatrefolic®), Biotin, Zinc, Chromium, Selenium, as well as Cinnamon and Phospholipids. Utilizing liposomal technology, the vitamins and minerals are encapsulated in phospholipids to facilitate absorption in the bloodstream.
Directions
One sachet, taken 1 to 2 times per day. We recommend that you consult your healthcare practitioner before taking dosages that are higher than the recommended dosage.
