Single it, Double it, Mix it! Your taste, your choice! Delicious if mixed in a glass of water. Take 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) per day. For maximum absorption take on an empty stomach. Most effective when taken first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. It can be drunk on its own, or mixed with juice or water. With 100% of your daily needs in Vitamin B5, Vitamin C, Zinc, Copper and 4g of protein, we also recommend taking the product as an energy boost during the day. Regular use is recommended.
