Single it, double it, mix it! Your taste, your choice! Take 1 dose (1 tablespoon - 15 ml) per day. Delicious if mixed in a glass of water. For optimum and longer-lasting results, take 2 servings per day. Most effective when taken first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. For maximum absorption take on an empty stomach.
