Directions
Probio7 Restore is a 30 day programme. From days 1 to 15, take one Probio7 Ultra capsule daily. Days 16 to 30 take one Probio7 Advanced capsule daily. Capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and contents mixed with cold food or a cold drink. If taken with antibiotics, take with food 2 to 6 hours after antibiotics for best results. Start the probio7 Restore programme at the same time as your antibiotics and continue for 30 days
For best results, start Probio7 Restore the same day as your antibiotic course starts and continue for 2 weeks after.
Take one capsule with a meal 2-4 hours after you have taken your antibiotic, the capsules can either be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or drink.
