Pirinase Allergy 0.05% Nasal Spray is a clinically-proven intranasal corticosteroid (INCS) which is used to manage the symptoms of hay fever and other airborne allergies. It contains fluticasone propionate, which has an anti-inflammatory action that works similarly to natural body chemicals to reduce inflammation. Regular use of this nasal spray prevents symptoms from occurring and helps to control body responses to airborne allergens such as pollen, mould spores, pet dander or dust mites.

Pirinase relieves the following hay fever/airborne allergy symptoms:

• Sneezing
• Runny nose
• Itchy, watery eyes
• Nasal congestion/blockage
• Blocked up, groggy feeling

Directions

Adults over 18 years: 2 sprays into each nostril once daily, preferably in the morning. In some cases 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily may be required. Once symptoms are under control a maintenance dose of 1 spray per nostril once daily may be used. If symptoms recur, the dosage may be adjusted accordingly. The minimum dose at which effective control of symptoms is maintained should be used. Maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 sprays into each nostril.
